We want you to love your StirUp shaker. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused

In its original packaging

In the same condition you received it
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund (no return required in most cases)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Return Shipping

Order Issues
If you entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
